With its fifth video from the Victoria’s Practical Tips series, Spicer puts a new twist on the various types of U-Joints. Known from the Victor Reinz® videos, mechatronics technician Victoria points out the details and special features of five types of U-joints:

  • U-joint - staked type
  • U-joint - outside circlip
  • U-joint - inside circlip
  • U-joint - outside circlip and block bearing
  • U-joint - block bearing

In the video, Victoria puts special focus on the specific fixing variants, including the staked bearing assembly process. In this process, the bearing bushing is pressed in and secured in a single operation; no additional securing elements are required.
